Raw Bar Catering

We'll bring the ice, the oysters, and a shucker in a fresh apron to your home, boat or beach club. Nothing turns heads at a party like a live raw bar.

Shucking Classes & Chef's Table

Gather a small crew for a hands-on oyster-shucking class with Sean, or book the Chef's Table for a multi-course tasting built around the day's catch. The most fun you'll have eating dinner.
